Fresh Garlic
Our Fresh Garlic is sourced from the fertile farms of Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh, a region known for producing some of the finest garlic in India. It is grown in nutrient-rich soil and valued for its strong pungency, high allicin content, and naturally long shelf life. The region has also been recognized under the One District One Product (ODOP) initiative for its exceptional garlic quality and export potential.
Each bulb is carefully selected to ensure uniform size, firm texture, and clean white outer skin. The cloves are tightly packed, aromatic, and rich in flavor preferred by global buyers.
Our garlic is properly dried, graded, and hygienically packed to maintain freshness during storage and transit. Suitable for retail, wholesale, and bulk export, it meets international quality standards and is ideal for culinary use, food processing, and spice industries worldwide.
Fresh Onion
Allium cepa or Onions, one of the oldest vegetables, are found in a large number of recipes and preparations spanning almost the totality of the world’s cultures. Onions can be used, usually chopped or sliced, in almost every type of food, including cooked foods and fresh salads and as a spicy garnish.Onion is available in three different colours i.e,Pink,yellow,White. all three having different taste and pungency.
